Help
My Main character Memory had 2 new world quests done on Skoll, out of the 3 needed to activate the 'Report from the New World' quest. When I went back there to talk to an NPC, he re-initiated the quest for me (Tripatriate Union's Feud) and I am stuck on the part where I have to fish out the documents from the 'pool of fish', but it does not drop the item for me (I was there for 10 minutes trying to catch it), and therefore, I cannot complete this quest. I started the 'Pursuing Rayan Moore' and this one bugged out in the Morroc pub. I cannot enter the room to talk to the NPC. Next is 'Attitude to the New World' the third quest from that chain. Again, I have already completed this quest but the NPC restarted the chain for me. I brought a 'Strong Vine' to him and he does not accept it. Again stuck on this quest. Another quest that I have already completed.
Next is my Champion, Xalafax. Just spent an hour or so doing the 'Kiel Hyre Quest'. Killed Kiehl, and spoke to the NPC, after the 2nd or 3rd chat dialogue window, there was no [Next] button and I had to Alt+F4 to get out of it (it is the only way out of this). Now when I go back they ask me to kill him again. I know for sure that the bug will happen again, because this is the same bug that happens when attempting to go into the endless tower. Also, the same bug that happens when you open Geffenia.
On a side note, the Event Baphomet in the monk job change zone is also bugged. You cannot enter the dungeon after creating the instance.

Yup, that's the bug with "Pursuing Rayan Moore".
